The Hydra Guarantee

Two promises, in plain English.

We can't control what Meta or TikTok do. We refund when the miss is on our side or on Meta's. We don't refund when it's on yours. Here's exactly what that means.

1. Fast Track Payout Guarantee

  • For any of your 3 Fast Track months where we posted at least 15 eligible reels on at least 10 separate days, and Meta didn't pay that month's bonus, we refund $49.
  • If Meta pays nothing for all 3 months: Monthly gets every Fast Track payment back. Lifetime chooses either a full refund (Lifetime then ends and we remove our access) or $147 back while keeping Lifetime.
  • This covers Meta's side: Meta not paying a month you earned, or Meta pausing or ending Fast Track while you're in it.
  • You're never charged before Meta accepts you, so there's nothing to refund if Meta says no.

2. Posting Promise

If we miss a required posting count through our own fault (Fast Track's 15 reels on 10 days, or the TikTok challenge's week 1 and 2 minimums), that month's $49 comes back and we fix the schedule.

If TikTok ends the challenge before your run starts, Monthly gets the unused prepaid month back, and a Lifetime buyer who bought in the previous 30 days can take a full refund.

What we need from you

The payout guarantee only applies when the problem is Meta's. These are on you, and if they're the reason you weren't paid, that month isn't covered:

  1. You applied through our link.
  2. You finished Meta's payout, bank, tax and identity setup within 7 days of acceptance, and kept it complete and correct. If you never add your bank details, or Meta can't send the money because something you entered is missing or wrong, that's not a Meta failure.
  3. You kept our partner access all month and didn't delete or hide reels we posted.
  4. You didn't post other Facebook reels that break Meta's rules, and your Page stayed in good standing. If Meta pauses your payout because of your account, that month isn't covered.
  5. Your payments were current.
  6. You claimed within 30 days of the date Meta should have paid, by emailing contact@thehydra.app with a screenshot of your Payouts page and the case number from Meta's missing-payout form.

Claims are limited to your 3 Fast Track months, one claim per unpaid month. Refunds go back to the original card within 7 days of approval and never exceed what you paid.

Not covered

  • A payout held up because your bank, tax or identity setup with Meta isn't finished or is wrong.
  • A payout paused because of something on your account or Page.
  • TikTok rewards. TikTok decides who's paid and can end the challenge at any time.
  • Meta paying less than its page shows. Meta sets the amount for 20k to 99k creators.
  • Income you expected but didn't earn from Meta or TikTok.
  • A change of mind. Outside these two promises, a month you've already paid for isn't refunded.
