Plan terms

These terms are between you and The Hydra. A full service agreement comes with your checkout link; if anything differs, that agreement wins.

Using this site

You must be 18 or older and live where Meta's Fast Track is open (the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia) to use our services.
The Revenue Checkup can be taken once per browser, and we only point people to the application if their answers suggest they qualify. Free Fast Track help is free. It isn't a Meta service, and we don't control Meta's decisions. If Meta accepts you through our link, Meta pays us a referral fee (see Disclosures). Using our paid plans is never required to apply or to be accepted.
Free calls: a 10-minute call is free, comes with no obligation, and isn't recorded unless we ask you first. To request a call you must message us first (Discord or email) and tell us why you want to talk; we confirm after we see your message, and we may decline or reschedule. Nothing said on a call is financial, tax or legal advice.
Community: our Discord is for creators helping creators. Be respectful, no spam or scams, no sharing other people's private information. We can remove anyone, and Discord's own terms apply there.
Dollar amounts we show for Meta or TikTok programs are what those platforms publish. They are not guarantees and results vary.

We post content you own, from your YouTube channel or files you send, to the platforms you connect. You confirm you have the rights to everything we post, including music.
We work only through official partner access you approve. You can remove it anytime, which stops the service.
Meta and TikTok run their programs and decide eligibility and payments. We can't guarantee you'll be accepted or paid; see The Hydra Guarantee for what we refund.
Fair use on every paid plan: 1 creator and 1 YouTube channel posting existing Shorts (3 minutes or shorter) to 1 Facebook Page, 1 TikTok and 1 Instagram account, up to 2 posts a day per platform. We resize and format each Short for each platform, remove platform watermarks from your own files, and post at the best quality available; we don't edit your content or create new content. Each extra channel is $29/month.

Fast Track creators: 3 payments of $49 for your 3 bonus months. The first is charged the day Meta accepts you; payments 2 and 3 come 30 and 60 days later, each before the month it covers. After the 3 months, Monthly continues at $49 every 30 days until you cancel (one message is enough). We send a reminder 7 days before that fourth payment.
TikTok challenge only: $98 at signup covers your first 2 months, then $49 every 30 days until you cancel (one message is enough).
Recurring billing: Monthly renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Before you pay, checkout will show the price, how often you're charged, any minimum commitment (the 3 Fast Track bonus months) and how to cancel, and we'll ask you to agree to it. There's no fee to cancel. You're charged before each month, so cancel before the next one to avoid it.
Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've already paid for. A month you've paid for isn't refunded, except under The Hydra Guarantee, which covers Meta failing to pay you and our own missed posts, not problems on your side such as unfinished payout setup.
If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, posting pauses until it is.
Switch to Lifetime within 60 days of your first payment and every Monthly dollar counts toward it.

For as long as The Hydra operates this service. Not your lifetime, and not the life of any Meta or TikTok program. One payment, no renewals.
Founding price $249 for the first 10 members or through March 31, 2027, whichever comes first. After that, $299. Founding seats can be reserved now with no charge and are held in the order they're reserved. Lifetime checkout opens after our first 3 paying Monthly clients finish 30 days of posting with no missed count. Fast Track applicants are charged the day Meta accepts them.
Includes the TikTok Creator Growth Challenge in each round TikTok offers that you qualify for, and for each new revenue program we add: an alert, a step-by-step guide and the posting handled for you. No specific program is promised. Programs with their own third-party or usage costs, or ongoing manual work, may be paid add-ons at a member discount.
Can't be transferred. One channel swap every 12 months, to another channel you own.
Posting pauses after 90 days with no new Shorts, or 30 days of broken access, and restarts free on request. If a platform ends automated posting for everyone, that destination ends.
If we ever stop the service, Lifetime ends with it. We give 30 days' notice and help you move your setup.
Lifetime ends for fraud, a chargeback, or repeated copyright violations.

Platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) set their own rules and can restrict, demote or remove accounts or content, or change or end programs, at any time. We follow each platform's published rules and approved tools, but we can't control their decisions. Our remedy is the guarantee.
You can end your plan any time. We can end it for fraud, abuse, a chargeback or repeated copyright violations; if we end it without that reason we refund the unused part.
Our services are provided as-is, with no promise of earnings or results. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
If we have a dispute, message us first and give us 30 days to fix it before taking other steps.

We delete your data within 7 days after you leave. See Privacy.
We may update these terms; changes that matter will be dated at the top, and a change never raises the price of a plan you already paid for.
